Got My Impossible Felony Reduced to a Misdemeanor!

I had a felony charge that involved 3 other people. Everyone else’s lawyer told them to take to felony and that there was no way to get a better deal. Dave was sure that he could help me. All of my friends time and time again would tell me that it was a lost cause and that I couldn’t get a better deal. 3 days before my final court date, Dave calls me and tells me, “this Friday you have 2 options: You can either plead guilty to the felony, or you can plead guilty to the misdemeanor.” I had been prepared for the worst, but Dave got me the best outcome I could expect!

In short, Dave can work nothing short of miracles, using his extensive knowledge and connections. I highly recommend this great guy; I don’t have anything bad to say about him.

In fact, he charged me only a fraction of what my co-defendant paid for his felony!!

It was so nice meeting with you yesterday. We had pretty much made decision yesterday, but John has asked me to send you this email. We would like to hire you to continue to work on John’s case.  How should I go about paying the $10K? Should I mail you check? We really appreciate everything you have done and are doing for John. I know it’s your job, but still you don’t have to be as passionate about him as you are.
